The site is operated by an electrical contractor ("the electrician") with website infrastructure provided by COMPANY-NAME. We host the site, provide the editing tools, and operate the underlying email and domain services.

3. Quotes and bookings

Any quote provided through the site is indicative until confirmed in writing by the electrician. Bookings are a request, not a contract — the electrician will confirm separately.

4. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

Content uploaded by the electrician remains theirs. The site template, software, and design system remain COMPANY-NAME's intellectual property.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by UK law. Subject to that, our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
